CANCELLATION
Something comes up and need to cancel? Notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid full amount incurred. Reservations with more than 2 courts required 72 hours notice.
FOOTWEAR POLICY
We strive to maintain our badminton courts in pristine condition and provide a safe and enjoyable playing experience for everyone. We require players to wear clean, non-marking badminton shoes. Here’s a breakdown of acceptable footwear:
Badminton shoes only
This is the ideal choice, offering optimal grip, support and ankle protection.
What shoes are not allowed?

No worries! We offer badminton shoe rental for your convenience. Just inquire at the front desk!

UNAUTHORIZED COACHING POLICY
To maintain the integrity of our training programs, West Coast Badminton Academy has a strict policy regarding unauthorized coaching. This is design to uphold the quality of instruction provided by our certified coaches and to prevent and potential conflicts or disruptions during training sessions.
Any form of coaching provided by individuals who are not members of our coaching team, is strictly prohibited within our facilities.
