By building on foundational skills, the program helps players develop the techniques, strategies, and mental toughness needed to compete at a higher level.

Participants in the Junior Intermediate program are expected to train twice a week, with each session carefully crafted to target specific areas of development. Training sessions include advanced drills to refine technical skills, tactical exercises to enhance game strategy, and conditioning workouts to improve overall fitness. The program emphasizes consistency, discipline, and dedication, ensuring that players are well-prepared for the competitive challenges they will face. Additionally, the supportive coaching staff provides personalized feedback and guidance, helping each player identify their strengths and areas for improvement, and fostering a strong sense of progress and achievement.
